PORSEC-2012 conference will be organized at IMA House, Behind Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium, Palarivattom PO, Cochin 682025 which is right in the centre of the Kochi city. The IMA House is located behind the Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium, Palarivattom, Kochi and is about 35 km drive from the Kochi Airport.
The IMA House has 4 halls located on 4 floors. The details of the Halls and locations are given below:

Registration and Help Desk
The registration desk will be arranged at the entrance of the Conference Venue i.e., IMA House. The delegates registered through on-line/DD/Wire Transfer are requested to submit the Registration Id to receive the registration kit. The registration desk will open at Conference Venue from 0830 hrs during November 5-9, 2012. The registration desk will remain closed during the inaugural session 0930-1130 hrs on November 5, 2012.
However, to avoid rush at the Registration Desk on November 5, 2012, the Reception and Registration Committee is making necessary arrangements to provide registration kits to the pre-registered delegates at their respective Hotels on November 04, 2012. The delegates are requested to receive the registration kit and sign in the form.
Working lunch, Tea/Coffee are arranged at the conference venue for the delegates during Nov 5-9, 2012. Lunch will be served in the exhibition area (adjacent to the Main Auditorium) i.e., on roof top of the IMA House on submission of lunch coupon available in the Registration Kit.
The Conference Dinner along with the Cultural Programme will be organized at the Venue on Nov 5, 2012. The delegates are requested to make their own arrangements for the dinner during the remaining days. Several restaurants are available in the vicinity of your hotel. Taste the typical Kerala Cuisine.
